Hullo Polly, I am always impressed with your work ethic! I thought your branding was super cute and I am curious as to why you decided to switch it up? I have seen quite a few creators who have been having troubles with their washi tapes and returns! I guess they are not a good supply to stockpile! The glue has been going bad/not sticking or the flip side it is sticking way to much and you end up with a blob that does not un-roll! I do enjoy seeing your products come together and how you continue to create fresh ideas and turn them into products to sell! I also purchased my own professional printer and just keeping it going was a chore! In fact I have an AD running for FREE pick-up I spent almost 3K when new, but I hope I got enough out of it and I had no questions about quality of my prints. I know it would not travel to the UK, it is an Epson 4800 Stylus Pro, a large format printer that does accept paper rolls. Good luck in the upcoming markets and wishing you only the very best at the next Con's!

I went to animangapop Brighton in 2022 and it seems like it was pretty similar to your experience. It was very quiet (I don't even think other events were on around that time) and the vendors seemed to be having a tough time making sales. I had been considering vending there but after visiting, decided it's probably not worth it. Thank you for making this video though it was a good, insightful watch :D

Which software you use in ipad for designing? Is it possible with Android tab also?

I have had bad and good convention experiences, I am glad you made your table back! I do hope you continue to work these events and research on events before you commit. It is so hard when starting out and even after you have been at it a while you can still get burned! I am looking forward to your new studio tour!

Hullo Polly, I hope you are doing well. I am not catching your videos when you post them! I have double checked my “bell” settings and it is set to ALL! I have ran my own Art business and I honestly don’t know how current artists create videos on top of creating actual artworks! I know that the algorithm is not helpful for the content creators that are not posting on a regular schedule! I have also had to keep looking up other artists that I enjoy watching their videos! Some do post regularly just not as often as the algorithm is set for! I encourage you to keep going, creating art that actually makes you money and brings you happiness! You create such wonderful pieces and so many are practical as well, my wife and I love your T-Shirts and you have always been an amazing artist, thank you for sharing your journey with us! I believe that I like the bears more than the frogs too! I will be keeping a lookout for your next video!

Thanks so much for sharing this, very insightful. On set up day do you just leave your stall overnight with all your merch and products out? Is there any chance of anything getting stolen? I'm exhibiting for the first time at Megacon (also at the Excel!) and just not sure what to expect.

Air dry clay should only take 2-3 days to dry but not a week.

Hullo Polly, I have been so impressed by you and your art styles and I have enjoyed watching your videos and seeing you progress in this very competitive field of Art! I have not been watching very many shorts yet I do try to catch them occasionally. I started creating art when I was only 10 and my first teacher was my Grandmother! I am semi-retired after a stroke in 2016. I did enjoy a career of over 35+ years and I worked in so many different fields from inking comic pages to taking little league (Baseball) team photos. I did a lot of freelance work, but I did work at a couple of design firms and I learned how to use the computer and keep working around 1998 when I was refused a job because I had no computer skills! I am now back to paper/canvas and paint! Yep, my Gran taught me watercolor painting and I am still learning this wonderfully complex and at times quite aggregating medium! I encourage you to keep creating and sharing your art journey with your followers. I know recording is not easy and I hope you can continue. I do post on Instagram occasionally but nowhere near the numbers to generate a following! Thank you for sharing all of your amazing art and vlogs chatting with us. You are truly inspirational and so amazing! Please take care, be safe and remember to find the joy in creating your art. No matter what the medium you are always an Artist!
